Services & Estimates

We provide professional tree removal, trimming, pruning, emergency response, stump grinding, and related arboricultural services. Estimates are based on information you provide and conditions observed on site. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ materially from what was assessed. A written or verbal agreement is required before work begins unless emergency circumstances require immediate action for safety.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for informing us of underground utilities, irrigation, structures, pets, and any hazards on or near the work area. Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to fees permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or decline future service for unpaid balances.

Property & Cleanup

We take care to protect your property during service. Normal cleanup of debris directly related to the agreed scope of work is included unless otherwise noted. Additional hauling, wood splitting, or landscape restoration may incur extra charges. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage unrelated to our work.

Limitation of Liability

Tree work involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenway Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount paid for that job, except where prohibited by law.

Insurance & Licensing

We maintain appropriate insurance and operate in compliance with applicable local regulations. Proof of insurance is available upon request for qualifying projects.
